Fresh and flavorful, Vui’s Kitchen offers a range of Vietnamese favorites from Pho noodle soup to our signature Banh Mi sandwich. We only use whole food ingredients, loaded with fresh herbs and love. Nothing is fried and there’s no MSG - we’re simply real. Vui’s Kitchen opens its third store in 2019. Founded to extend the traditions of Founder Vui Hunt’s family in Vietnam, we hope you experience an authentic community and crave-able food at our table.

Vui Hunt’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to open two of Nashville’s most popular fast casual restaurants - I Love Juice Bar and Vui’s Kitchen - which she and her husband John run while raising their two daughters. Born in Vietnam, she grew up in a large family that gathered together and loved each other through food.
Vui’s Kitchen is an extension of that tradition. Not only is the menu a reflection of her family’s history but also caries on the experience of eating fresh and cooking with love. Take a taste and say “hello” any time.
